Submitting an observation or choosing “Save this plan” stores that information in this browser on this device. We do not transmit notebook notes or quote inputs to a server. The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts.
Anyone with access to this browser profile may see the notebook. Private browsing, browser cleanup, storage limits or device loss can remove it. A failed save is shown; an in-memory entry is not a durable backup. Export important information and avoid medical details or other sensitive personal information.
Export, edit or delete
Open My notebook to edit or delete observations, change checklist progress, download CSV or print. “Delete all notes” asks for confirmation and removes both the plan and observations from this browser. It cannot delete a file you already downloaded or a calendar event you imported.
CSV exports protect cells that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas. Calendar downloads contain only the reminder you chose. No reminder is scheduled by this website; import the file into your own calendar if you want one.
Requests and external links
Opening a page requests files from our hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure may retain ordinary server or security logs such as requested paths, time and IP address. We have not represented those provider logs as anonymous or disabled.
Library searches can appear in the URL. Never type sensitive information into a site search. Following a primary-source or other external link sends you to that provider’s site and privacy practices. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them.
